Tight radii lift a stiff facestock. Thin films and conformable papers with a high-tack acrylic stay down on 10 mm vials without flagging at the seam.

Which construction survives −80 °C vial storage?
A white polyester facestock on a freezer-grade acrylic, applied at ambient temperature before freezing. It keeps adhesion through cryogenic storage and the condensation of thaw cycles.
Do you offer low-migration materials for primary packaging?
Yes. We specify adhesive systems chosen for low extractables and supply migration summaries and declarations so the construction can be qualified in your dossier.
How small a vial diameter can you label?
Down to about 10 mm with a 50 µm film and a high-tack acrylic. Below that, or on tapered ampoules, we recommend a sample trial on your actual container before committing.
What traceability do you provide?
Every roll ships with a lot-level certificate of analysis, and facestock, adhesive and liner batch numbers are recorded against your order for the life of the programme.
