Squeeze recovery on tubes
Soft PE film with a low-modulus adhesive flexes with the tube and springs back without creasing, wrinkling or lifting at the seam.

Shower and humidity exposure
Water-resistant films and moisture-stable acrylics keep the edge sealed on shampoo, body wash and conditioner packs through months of daily use.

Oils, surfactants and essential oils
Formulation residue attacks weak adhesives at the label edge. We specify adhesives tested against the actual product and the container polymer.

Decoration and finish
Cast-coated and metallized stock takes hot foil, cold foil, embossing and fine screens without cracking, for a premium shelf presence.

Frequently asked questions
Which facestock is best for squeezable cosmetic tubes?
An 85 µm PE film with a conformable acrylic. It recovers with the tube after squeezing, whereas paper or stiff PET creases permanently on the first squeeze.
Will the label survive a shower environment?
Yes, with a film facestock and a moisture-stable acrylic. Paper labels in wet zones need a laminate or varnish; we can also supply water-resistant coated papers where the look demands paper.
Can you match a specific white or metallic finish?
We hold consistent white films and both metallized and cast-coated papers. Send a target sample and we will match the closest running grade before you commit to volume.
Do you test the adhesive against my formulation?
On request. Send the filled container or the formulation and we run an edge-lift and adhesion check on the actual bottle polymer before recommending a construction.
