Why AllinLabel — Your Label Material Factory

Converters change material supplier for three reasons: price, consistency and the quality of technical answers. AllinLabel is built to win on all three — in-house coating and slitting, an ISO 9001 quality system, low MOQ and engineers who answer within a working day.

Factory capability

Two lines, one factory

Coating and slitting happen under the same roof, so the specification you quote is the specification that ships — not a re-labelled roll from a third-party converter.

Line 1

Coating & lamination

Hot-melt adhesive coating and silicone release lamination on a 1,600 mm line — the build that determines tack, lay-flat and converting speed.

Six reasons converters move their volume to us

Direct mill

Factory pricing, no middle layer

You buy from the line that coats and slits the stock. No trading-company margin, no re-labelled jumbo of unknown origin, no broken telephone between your press and our lab.

Face + adhesive + liner

Constructions engineered as a system

We specify the whole sandwich against your substrate, temperature window and print process — not just the facestock you asked for.

From 1 pallet

Low MOQ and mixed pallets

Trial a construction without committing to a container. Mix grades on one pallet while you qualify materials for a new customer.

Locked recipes

Batch consistency you can reorder

Recipes and retained samples are archived per batch, so the second container runs on your press exactly like the first.

60+ countries

Export documentation handled

COA, MSDS, FSC and food-contact declarations, packing lists and CO issued with the shipment — FOB, CIF or DDP as required.

Technical answers, not sales replies

Every enquiry is reviewed by someone who understands loop tack, SAFT and matrix stripping — and will tell you when a cheaper build will fail.

Factory, trading company or local distributor

All three can sell you label stock. They differ in what happens when the specification has to change.

From enquiry to container in four steps

  1. 01

    Send the application

Substrate, environment, print method and volume. A photo of the labelled product is often enough to start.

  2. 02

    Get a construction + quote

Our technical team returns a facestock / adhesive / liner recommendation with pricing, MOQ and lead time within one working day.

  3. 03

    Run free samples

A4 sheets or a sample roll ship for your own adhesion, print and die-cut trials — no charge, no obligation.

  4. 04

    Production and export

Approved recipe locked, batch tested before release, full export documentation issued with the container.

“We qualified their wash-off PP against two European stocks. Same de-labelling result at 80 °C, better matrix stripping at 180 m/min, and the second container performed identically to the first. That consistency is why the volume moved.”

Questions buyers ask before the first order

What is the minimum order quantity for label material?

Standard catalogue constructions start at one pallet (roughly 5,000 m²), and trial orders can be smaller. Custom coated constructions typically start at 3,000–5,000 m² depending on the adhesive.

How long does an export order take?

Stock constructions ship in 7–12 working days. Custom coated or laminated builds run 15–20 working days, plus sea freight from Ningbo or Shanghai.

Can I get free samples before ordering?

Yes. We send A4 sheets or short sample rolls of the recommended construction free of charge, so you can run adhesion, print and die-cut trials on your own press.

Do you supply OEM and private-label rolls?

We supply unbranded rolls and cartons, and can print your core plugs, labels and packing documents for OEM/ODM programmes.

Which certifications do you hold?

ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems, FSC® chain of custody for certified paper grades, plus FDA indirect food-contact and REACH declarations for the relevant ranges.
