Destructible Eggshell Label Material

Destructible eggshell label material is an ultra-fragile vinyl or paper facestock engineered to fracture into small fragments the moment anyone tries to peel it away. Because the label cannot be lifted intact, it cannot be transferred to another item, which makes any removal attempt obvious and the label effectively single-use.

It is used for fixed-asset and IT equipment tags, warranty-void seals, security stickers on tools and instruments, and pricing or authentication labels that must not be swapped between goods.

Check surface texture and cleanliness before choosing an adhesive, since the fragmenting effect depends on the bond being stronger than the face. Consider whether numbering, barcodes or a security print is needed, and note that the stock is fragile on press and in application. Behaviour on your exact substrate and temperature should be confirmed with sample testing.
