Coating capability
Coating is the step where a facestock, an adhesive and a liner stop being three purchased items and become a label material that can be printed and die-cut.
Standard stock constructions
Published constructions run to a fixed recipe. Reorders are produced against the same recipe record, which is what keeps a second container behaving like the first on your press.
Custom adhesive or liner combinations
A published facestock can be coated with a different adhesive, or laminated to a different liner, when the application needs it. Custom builds are quoted after technical review.
Coating width up to 1,600 mm
Maximum coating width is 1,600 mm, so most converter jumbo widths can be produced without a second lamination step.
Coating consistency
Coat weight and lamination are checked across the web during the run, and out-of-range sections are removed before slitting rather than passed downstream.
Batch records and retained samples
Each coated batch has a record and a retained sample. If a converter reports a change in tack or matrix stripping, the batch can be pulled and compared.
