Can I request a trial roll before bulk production?

A trial roll lets you verify printing, die-cutting, matrix stripping, dispensing and application on the real container. Availability and quantity depend on the construction and are confirmed per request.
Is MOQ different for stock and custom label materials?
Yes. Stock constructions can usually be slit from jumbo rolls already in the warehouse, so the minimum is driven by the roll plan and packing. Custom constructions — a special adhesive, liner, coating weight or colour — must be coated, so they carry a minimum coating width and running length. The exact figures depend on the material and are confirmed per enquiry.
What affects the price of self-adhesive label materials?
Price is driven by the construction (facestock, adhesive, liner), roll width and the waste created by your width plan, order quantity, packing, destination and shipping terms. Specialty facestocks, wash-off or freezer adhesives and PET liners cost more than a standard semi-gloss paper construction. Quantity and a width plan that slits cleanly from the jumbo roll usually have the largest effect.
